Usage notes for the B. bovis public folders

This folder and its subfolders contain the sequencing data of six
Babesia bovis strains. The data includes raw 454 reads and their
corresponding draft assemblies. The organization of the folders is by
the source strain. The following is the mapping of folder names to
strain names:

T2Bo_VIR:	Texas virulent strain (aka. reference)

T2Bo_ATT:	Texas attenuated strain 

L17_VIR:	Argentenian virulent strain 

L17_ATT:	Argentenian attenuated strain

E61_VIR:	Australian virulent strain (aka. T_vir)

F100_ATT:	Australian attenuated strain (aka. T_att)

There is also a separate folder for the Argentenian intermediate strain
(L17-intermediate).
