1. Group website is accessible now
The website URL is http://www.eecs.wsu.edu/~cs423/423spring06/PNNL-S/.
2. Project Schedule is built
Nick has made a project schedule with Microsoft Project. Tasks that are listed in the schedule include maintaining the group website; writing the module specification and user interface drafts; attending group meetings.
3. All meeting minutes will be typed by Tuesday
Estella will type up all the meeting minutes by Tuesday (February 7) and send them to Adam to post on the group website.
4. Module 1 will be implemented by February 17
5. Module 2 is cancelled
Module 2 (Handbook module) is canceled as Scott’s opinion.
6. Module 1 Specification needs to be revised
• The ChemAlliance logo will be moved back to the module area instead of replacing the Google search logo on the Google homepage.
• The revised search function also supports the search within the handbook sections.
7. Module 3 is going to be the glossary term search
8. Scott is coming to Pullman on Thursday at 3 p.m. and the group should prepare the parking arrangement for him.
9. The group needs to ask Jack for the web server in tomorrow’s meeting.
10. The group will work on the project plan and look up the Google module coding standards.
