Progress Report

Due: March 25, 2011

Each team should prepare a progress report that contains the following information about your project.

  1. Project name and team member names
  2. Brief one-paragraph description of the project
  3. Summary of changes to project since initial report (if any)
  4. Schedule
    1. Initial schedule
    2. Changes to initial schedule and reasons for changes (if any)
    3. Current progress of project with respect to the schedule
    4. List of responsibilities of each team member
    5. Current progress of each team member's responsibilities
  5. Budget
    1. Initial budget
    2. Changes to initial budget and reasons for changes (if any)
    3. Current spending with respect to the budget
  6. Evaluation
    1. Initial evaluation plan
    2. Changes to initial plan and reasons for changes (if any)
    3. Current progress of project with respect to evaluation plan
  7. Other issues that may impact the successful completion of your project
